ARCHIVED: Delete an account on Webserve

This content has been archived, and is no longer maintained by Indiana University. Information here may no longer be accurate, and links may no longer be available or reliable.
Note:

Due to the evolving coronavirus situation, the retirement of Webserve was delayed until April 16 to allow classes that reference sites on Webserve to continue with minimal disruption.

All remaining Webserve sites were disabled beginning April 16, along with login access to webserve.iu.edu. If you have websites that still need to be moved to IU Sitehosting, you should migrate immediately.

To delete an account on Webserve, the Indiana University central web server (www.indiana.edu, www.iupui.edu, www.iun.edu, www.iue.edu, and www.iuk.edu), complete the Enterprise WebTech Services Management form.

If prompted, log in with your IU username and passphrase.

.

Note:
If your Webserve account has a MySQL for Webserve account connected to it, you must request deletion of the MySQL account along with the Webserve account. To request removal of the MySQL for Webserve account, contact Support Center Tier 2 prior to requesting removal of Webserve.

Service and account requests must come from the individual account owner, not an account contact or group account ID. If the owner is unknown, has retired, or has left IU, contact Support Center Tier 2 for assistance.
